1. Pricing & Payments
Studio Talamh offers three ways of working — Ground, Axis and Horizon — each with a payment structure suited to its scope and rhythm.
The applicable solution, price and payment schedule are always confirmed in the approved quote before work begins.
1.1 General Payment Terms
Payments are made by bank transfer using the details provided on the invoice. Unless otherwise stated in the approved quote, invoices are payable within 15 calendar days.
1.2 Ground — Focused Project
Ground is a defined project with a clear scope and completion point. A deposit, in the amount stated in the approved quote, is required to reserve the necessary time and begin the work.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and before final files, publication or implementation are released.
1.3 Axis — Ongoing Support
Axis is an ongoing collaboration billed on a recurring basis at the frequency stated in the approved quote. Recurring invoices remain payable throughout the active collaboration.
The recurring fee covers the agreed scope and capacity for the relevant period. Work outside that scope may be quoted separately or scheduled for a later period by mutual agreement.
1.4 Horizon — Full Build
Horizon is a broader engagement delivered through defined phases. Payments are divided into instalments linked to the stages and milestones set out in the approved quote.
Each instalment becomes due according to that schedule. Final delivery or publication takes place once all amounts then due have been received.
1.5 Late Payment
If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, Studio Talamh may pause the work, scheduled capacity and delivery until payment has been received. Any resulting delay may require the project timeline to be revised.
Any reminder, interest or recovery charge will be applied only in accordance with applicable Belgian law and, where required, after the relevant statutory notice period.
1.6 Additional Work
Requests outside the agreed scope, capacity, deliverables or revision framework may result in additional fees. Any material addition will be discussed before the extra work is undertaken.

2.3 Mutual Commitment
Once the quote is accepted, Studio Talamh allocates the agreed time, capacity and resources to the collaboration. The client commits to providing the information, materials, access and feedback required for the work to progress.
2.4 Scope Changes
Any request that changes the agreed scope, priorities or deliverables may require a reassessment of fees, capacity and timing.
A material change will be confirmed in writing before the related work begins.
2.5 Revisions
Every project includes up to three revision cycles for each deliverable or phase formally submitted for approval. For Axis, the same framework applies to each deliverable or defined work cycle included in the recurring scope.
One revision cycle means one consolidated set of feedback provided by the client. Additional cycles, new directions or changes outside the agreed objectives may be quoted separately and may affect timing.

for Axis: acceptance of the quote, receipt of the first payment where applicable, and the agreed start date
for Horizon: acceptance of the quote, receipt of the first scheduled instalment and the materials required for the first phase

Ground follows a defined project timeline. Axis follows the recurring rhythm and capacity agreed in the quote. Horizon advances through successive phases, with each stage informing and enabling the next.
3.4 Timeline Adjustments
Timelines may be adjusted when the scope changes, required materials or approvals are delayed, priorities shift, third-party dependencies intervene, or unforeseen technical constraints arise.
Studio Talamh will communicate any material change and, where possible, propose a revised schedule.
3.5 Interruption or Extended Delay
If a collaboration is interrupted or significantly delayed for reasons attributable to the client, Studio Talamh may:
reorganize its production schedule
revise the expected delivery date or working rhythm
reschedule the project according to its next reasonable availability
3.6 Best-Efforts Commitment
Studio Talamh will make all reasonable professional efforts to respect the announced timeline and communicate promptly when circumstances require it to change.

Priorities may be reorganized together as needs change, provided they remain within the agreed recurring scope and capacity.
4.5 Interruption of Collaboration
In the event of a prolonged lack of response, required materials or collaboration, Studio Talamh may pause the work and reallocate scheduled capacity.
After 40 days without response, a Ground or Horizon project may be treated as inactive and require rescheduling. Axis billing and termination remain governed by the approved quote and Section 7.

5.2 Rights Granted to the Client
After full payment, the client receives the usage rights expressly identified in the approved quote or project agreement for the final approved deliverables.
For Axis, rights are granted progressively for completed deliverables covered by paid recurring invoices. Rights not expressly granted remain with Studio Talamh.
5.3 Usage Limitations
Drafts, rejected directions and unfinished concepts are not included in the rights granted to the client unless expressly agreed in writing.
The client may use the final deliverables only within the rights, purposes and limitations defined in the approved quote or project agreement.
5.4 Right of Display
Studio Talamh may showcase completed and publicly released work for portfolio and communication purposes, unless confidentiality or another written arrangement has been agreed with the client.
5.5 Third-Party Elements
Fonts, images, software, plugins, platforms and other third-party elements remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Any recurring third-party cost identified in the quote remains payable by the party specified there.
5.6 Source Files
Editable or source files are not automatically included unless expressly stated in the approved quote. Their preparation or transfer may be subject to additional fees and third-party licensing restrictions.

6. Liability
Studio Talamh approaches every collaboration with professional care, while recognising that digital work also depends on decisions, platforms and conditions beyond the studio’s control.
6.1 Professional Standard
Studio Talamh undertakes to perform the agreed services with reasonable professional care and in accordance with the approved scope.
6.2 Performance & Results
No specific commercial, financial, visibility, ranking, audience or conversion result is guaranteed. Outcomes may depend on market conditions, third-party platforms, client implementation, available data and ongoing activity.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Talamh shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the deliverables or services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
6.4 Third-Party Services
Studio Talamh is not responsible for interruptions, changes, data loss or failures caused by third-party tools or services outside its reasonable control, including hosting, plugins and platforms.
Where appropriate, Studio Talamh will make reasonable efforts to inform the client and assist in identifying a suitable response.
6.5 Modifications After Delivery
Studio Talamh is not responsible for defects, incompatibilities or loss of functionality caused by changes made after delivery by the client or another third party without Studio Talamh’s involvement.
6.6 Maintenance & Ongoing Support
Maintenance, updates and ongoing support are included only where expressly stated in the approved quote. A completed Ground or Horizon engagement does not automatically include ongoing maintenance.
Where Axis includes maintenance or support, it remains limited to the recurring scope and capacity agreed in the quote.
6. Liability
Studio Talamh approaches every collaboration with professional care, while recognising that digital work also depends on decisions, platforms and conditions beyond the studio’s control.
6.1 Professional Standard
Studio Talamh undertakes to perform the agreed services with reasonable professional care and in accordance with the approved scope.
6.2 Performance & Results

6.3 Limitation of Liability

Where Axis includes maintenance or support, it remains limited to the recurring scope and capacity agreed in the quote.
6. Liability
Studio Talamh approaches every collaboration with professional care, while recognising that digital work also depends on decisions, platforms and conditions beyond the studio’s control.
6.1 Professional Standard
Studio Talamh undertakes to perform the agreed services with reasonable professional care and in accordance with the approved scope.
6.2 Performance & Results
No specific commercial, financial, visibility, ranking, audience or conversion result is guaranteed. Outcomes may depend on market conditions, third-party platforms, client implementation, available data and ongoing activity.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Talamh shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the deliverables or services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
6.4 Third-Party Services
Studio Talamh is not responsible for interruptions, changes, data loss or failures caused by third-party tools or services outside its reasonable control, including hosting, plugins and platforms.
Where appropriate, Studio Talamh will make reasonable efforts to inform the client and assist in identifying a suitable response.
6.5 Modifications After Delivery
Studio Talamh is not responsible for defects, incompatibilities or loss of functionality caused by changes made after delivery by the client or another third party without Studio Talamh’s involvement.
6.6 Maintenance & Ongoing Support
Maintenance, updates and ongoing support are included only where expressly stated in the approved quote. A completed Ground or Horizon engagement does not automatically include ongoing maintenance.

The way a collaboration ends depends on whether it is a defined project or an ongoing engagement. The following provisions aim to protect the work completed, time reserved and commitments made on both sides.
7.1 Ground & Horizon Cancellation
If the client cancels a Ground or Horizon project after accepting the quote, the deposit and any instalments already paid remain non-refundable in consideration of reserved capacity and work undertaken, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Completed work, work in progress and non-cancellable project costs exceeding the amounts already paid may also be invoiced proportionally.
7.2 Axis Termination
Either party may end an Axis collaboration by giving 30 calendar days’ written notice.
Recurring fees and any additional work already performed remain payable through the end of the notice period. The parties may agree in writing on the priorities to be completed, transferred or paused during that period.
7.3 Termination for Breach
Either party may terminate a collaboration where the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy that breach within a reasonable period after written notice.
7.4 Suspension
Studio Talamh may suspend work in the event of non-payment, non-compliance with agreed terms, or prolonged absence of the materials, access or decisions required to proceed.
7.5 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held responsible for delay or failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control. The affected party will inform the other as soon as reasonably possible.
The parties will seek a fair adjustment of the scope or schedule. If performance remains impossible for a prolonged period, either party may end the affected work by written notice.

Amounts due for completed work and costs already incurred remain payable. Delivery and usage rights apply only to final deliverables covered by amounts paid in full, in accordance with Section 5.
