Each project includes up to three revision rounds, allowing adjustments in line with the defined objectives. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra billing.
1.4 Late Payment

1.5 Larger Projects

The quote may be validated by signature, written confirmation (email), or payment of the deposit.

The client commits to active collaboration, including providing required materials and respecting validation timelines.
2.3 Scope Changes
Any request for modification or addition during the project will result in a reassessment and, where applicable, an adjustment of pricing and timelines.
2.4 Cancellation
In the event of project cancellation after approval, the deposit remains non-refundable.
Work already completed may be invoiced proportionally.

3.4 Timeline adjustments
Each project includes up to three revision rounds, allowing adjustments in line with the defined objectives. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra billing.
3.5 Interruption or extended delay
In the event of prolonged interruption or significant delay attributable to the client, Studio Talamh reserves the right to:
reorganize its production schedule
propose a revised timeline
and, where applicable, reschedule the project according to its availability
3.6 Best-efforts commitmenther Projects
Studio Talamh commits to making all reasonable efforts to meet the announced timelines, without being bound by a strict obligation of result regarding deadlines.
4. Collaboration & Responsibilities
Each project is based on an active and collaborative process between Studio Talamh and the client.
The quality of the final result depends on this mutual involvement.
4.1 Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary content, information and validations required for the proper progress of the project, within reasonable timeframes.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of all materials provided.
4.2 Timelines & Responsiveness
Project timelines are indicative and may be adjusted depending on the client’s responsiveness.
Delays in providing materials or feedback may impact the delivery schedule.
4.3 Validation of Steps
Each stage of the project requires client approval.
Once validated, a stage is considered accepted and cannot be modified without a revision of the project scope.
4.4 Interruption of Collaboration
In case of prolonged lack of response or collaboration, Studio Talamh reserves the right to suspend the project.
After 40 days without response, the project may be considered closed.

Each creation is designed as a coherent system, whose integrity contributes to its relevance and durability.
5.1 Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated, usage rights are transferred to the client only after full payment has been received.
This transfer allows the client to use the deliverables within the agreed framework.

The creations may not be modified, resold or used outside the agreed scope without prior approval.
Any misuse may result in appropriate action.
