Each project begins with a mutual commitment.

A 50% deposit is required to initiate the creative process, reserve the necessary time, and ensure full dedication to your project.

The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to any delivery or publication.

1.1 Payment Terms

Payments are made via bank transfer, according to the details provided on the invoice. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 15 calendar days.

1.2 Pricing Structure

Services provided by Studio Talamh are based on fixed pricing, defined according to the nature, scope and specific needs of each project. Any request falling outside the initially agreed scope may result in additional charges.

1.3 Revisions

Each project includes up to three revision rounds, allowing adjustments in line with the defined objectives.  Any additional revisions may be subject to extra billing.

1.4 Late Payment

Each project includes up to three revision rounds, allowing adjustments in line with the defined objectives.  Any additional revisions may be subject to extra billing.

1.5 Larger Projects

For projects requiring a longer duration or greater investment, a payment schedule may be established.This schedule is defined and validated at the time of quote approval.

2. Quotes & Acceptance

Each collaboration begins with a formal quote outlining the scope, estimated timelines and financial conditions of the project.

2.1 Validation

The quote may be validated by signature, written confirmation (email), or payment of the deposit.

This validation constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.2 Commitment

Once the quote is approved, Studio Talamh commits to allocating the necessary time and resources for the project.

The client commits to active collaboration, including providing required materials and respecting validation timelines.

2.3 Scope Changes

Any request for modification or addition during the project will result in a reassessment and, where applicable, an adjustment of pricing and timelines.

2.4 Cancellation

In the event of project cancellation after approval, the deposit remains non-refundable.

Work already completed may be invoiced proportionally.

A clear organization of time allows for a smooth, respectful and balanced collaboration.

3.1 Nature of timelines

The timelines provided by Studio Talamh are indicative and based on the information available at the time of quotation approval.
They may evolve depending on the complexity of the project and the ongoing exchanges.

3.2 Project starting point

The project is considered to officially begin upon receipt of:

  • the agreed deposit

  • all necessary elements required to initiate the project (content, access, information)

3.3 Client collaboration and responsiveness

The smooth progression of the project relies on clear and timely collaboration.The client agrees to provide the requested materials and validate each phase within a reasonable timeframe.

3.4 Timeline adjustments

Each project includes up to three revision rounds, allowing adjustments in line with the defined objectives.  Any additional revisions may be subject to extra billing.

3.5 Interruption or extended delay

In the event of prolonged interruption or significant delay attributable to the client, Studio Talamh reserves the right to:

  • reorganize its production schedule

  • propose a revised timeline

  • and, where applicable, reschedule the project according to its availability

3.6 Best-efforts commitmenther Projects

Studio Talamh commits to making all reasonable efforts to meet the announced timelines, without being bound by a strict obligation of result regarding deadlines.

4. Collaboration & Responsibilities

Each project is based on an active and collaborative process between Studio Talamh and the client.

The quality of the final result depends on this mutual involvement.

4.1 Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary content, information and validations required for the proper progress of the project, within reasonable timeframes.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of all materials provided.

4.2 Timelines & Responsiveness

Project timelines are indicative and may be adjusted depending on the client’s responsiveness.

Delays in providing materials or feedback may impact the delivery schedule.

4.3 Validation of Steps

Each stage of the project requires client approval.

Once validated, a stage is considered accepted and cannot be modified without a revision of the project scope.

4.4 Interruption of Collaboration

In case of prolonged lack of response or collaboration, Studio Talamh reserves the right to suspend the project.

After 40 days without response, the project may be considered closed.

5. Intellectual Property

Each creation is designed as a coherent system, whose integrity contributes to its relevance and durability.

5.1 Usage Rights

Unless otherwise stated, usage rights are transferred to the client only after full payment has been received.

This transfer allows the client to use the deliverables within the agreed framework.

5.2 Usage Limitations

The creations may not be modified, resold or used outside the agreed scope without prior approval.

Any misuse may result in appropriate action.

5.3 Right of Display

Studio Talamh reserves the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio and communication purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

5.4 Third-Party Elements

Certain elements used within a project (fonts, images, plugins, etc.) may be subject to external licenses.

Their use remains governed by their respective terms.

5.5 Source Files

Source files are not automatically included unless explicitly stated.

Their transfer may be subject to additional fees.

Studio Talamh undertakes to ensure the quality, coherence and proper functioning of the delivered work.

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Studio Talamh shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the deliverables after delivery.

6.2 Third-Party Services

Studio Talamh cannot be held responsible for issues related to third-party tools or services (hosting, plugins, platforms, etc.).

6.3 Modifications After Delivery
